Every large appliance comes with free delivery, installation and recycling of your old one. Here is exactly what to expect.

Delivery

Free delivery to mainland UK addresses, on a day that suits you.

Most orders arrive within three to five working days.
Choose a weekday or a Saturday when we call to confirm your order.
We text a two hour delivery window the evening before.
Two of our own team deliver every large appliance, never a courier.

Installation

Our engineers fit your new appliance and make sure it works before they leave.

We unpack it, connect it to your existing water, waste and electrics, and level it.
A test cycle is run with you, and we show you the main settings.
Built-in ovens and hobs are hardwired by a qualified electrician.
All packaging is taken away with us.

Recycling your old appliance

We take your old appliance away for free on the same visit.

Tick the option at checkout, or let us know when we call.
Our team disconnects the old appliance for you.
Everything we collect is sent to a licensed recycling centre.
Fridges and freezers are degassed safely before recycling.

Warranty

Five years of parts and labour cover on every appliance we sell.

Motors and compressors are guaranteed for ten years.
Call us and we send an engineer, usually within three working days.
Spare parts stay available for at least ten years.
The warranty stays with the appliance if you move house.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 60 days to send it back.

We collect the appliance for free from your home.
It needs to be in good condition, but the original box is not required.
Your refund is made in full once the appliance is back with us.
Faulty on arrival? We replace it on the next available day.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on every order to mainland UK addresses. Large appliances also come with free installation and free removal of your old appliance.

When will my appliance arrive?

Most orders arrive within three to five working days. When we call to confirm your order we agree a delivery day with you, and the evening before we text a two hour window.

How do I pay?

No payment is taken online. After you place your order, one of our advisers calls you within one working day to confirm the details and take payment by debit or credit card.

Will it fit my kitchen?

Every product page lists the exact dimensions. If you are unsure, send us your measurements or a photo of the space and an adviser will check before you order.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Every appliance has a five year parts and labour warranty, with ten years on motors and compressors. Call us and we will send an engineer, usually within three working days.

Can I return an appliance?

Yes. You have 60 days to change your mind. We collect it from your home for free and refund you in full once it is back with us.
