Our story
Home appliances deserved better
Most of us have owned a washing machine that sounded like a jet engine, or a fridge that gave up a week after the warranty ran out. We started Hearthwise because we thought the machines that run our homes should be quieter, kinder to the bills and built to keep going.
So we keep our range small. Every appliance is lived with in a real kitchen before it goes on sale, and if it is too loud, too fiddly or too hard to repair, it does not make the cut.
We sell direct, which means no middlemen and no couriers. The adviser who answers your call, the team who installs your appliance and the engineer who fixes it years from now all work for us.
